Why We Do This Work: Our shared values of individual and collective liberation, joy, truth-telling, and repairing the world drive us to do this work. We long for a world where all people are free. Our liberation is bound together and we know that reaching a liberatory future requires examining and dismantling anti-Blackness and other systems of oppression.
What We Do: We help individuals and groups understand our racialized past to make meaning of the identities, ideologies, and racial socialization we experience at present, so they can help shape our anti-racist collective futures in the communities to whom they are accountable.
How We Do It: We leverage storytelling and a socio-historical, intersectional, and cultural lens to engage participants via multi-part offerings (generally, we don't believe in one-off workshops), individual and group coaching, and equity-based design sprints.
